The Architectof the Future.
From the mud of the job site to the command line of the server. This is how Dana Geissler is rewriting the code of business.

Founder & CEODana Geissler
"I've walked job sites in steel-toed boots and debugged production servers at 2 AM. That duality isn't a contradiction — it's my superpower."
Growing up in a family of tradespeople, I learned early that the people who build things — the electricians, plumbers, contractors, and fabricators — are the backbone of civilization. They don't just work hard; they work smart. Every seasoned tradesperson has systems, shortcuts, and mental models refined over decades.
But here's what frustrated me: the software industry had completely failed these people. While Silicon Valley chased social media engagement and subscription metrics, the people running actual businesses were stuck with tools built for a desktop world that no longer existed.
I spent 15+ years straddling both worlds. Days on construction sites, nights learning to code. I became fluent in two languages: the language of the field and the language of the machine. I saw gaps that no one else was fixing because no one else lived in both worlds.
The breaking point came when I watched a brilliant contractor — someone who could frame a house in a day — spend four hours wrestling with three different apps just to process payroll and schedule his crew. Four hours. For something a computer should do in seconds.
That's when I knew I had to build something different. Not an "app for contractors." Not a "mobile-friendly dashboard." A complete reimagining of what business management could be when you start from first principles.
Quantra is the answer to a question I've been asking for 15 years: What if the smartest person in the room wasn't the owner — but the software? What if AI didn't just assist, but actually did the work?
Today, I lead a team of engineers, designers, and former field operators who share this vision. We're not building another SaaS product. We're building the operating system for the next generation of businesses — ones that run smarter, leaner, and freer than anyone thought possible.
The future isn't about working harder. It's about building systems that work for you. And that future is called Quantra.
From Field to Future
The pivotal moments that shaped Quantra
Boots on the Ground
Started working in construction and skilled trades, learning the realities of field operations firsthand.
The Code Awakens
Taught myself programming at night, building small tools to solve problems I saw daily on job sites.
Dual Mastery
Achieved mastery in both domains — managing field crews while developing enterprise software solutions.
The Breaking Point
Witnessed too many businesses fail due to fragmented tools. The idea for a unified platform crystallized.
LeadTitan Founded
Established LeadTitan LLC to bring the vision to life, assembling a team of like-minded builders and dreamers.
Quantra Beta Launch
26 interconnected systems. AI-powered automation. Mobile-first design. The future is here.
The Quantra Code
The unbreakable principles that drive everything we build
Speed is Respect
If a task takes more than 30 seconds, the software failed. We design for speed because we respect your time — every second of it.
AI That Works
Not chatbots. Actual autonomous agents that schedule shifts, process payroll, and reorder inventory while you sleep.
Total Unity
26 systems, one brain. Data silos are the enemy. When you fix it in payroll, it's fixed in accounting. Instantly.
Mobile First
Your business doesn't stop when you leave your desk. Neither should your software. Every feature, every screen — designed for your phone first.
Trust is Sacred
We handle your payroll, your employee data, your financials. That trust is a sacred responsibility we never take lightly.
Liberation
The ultimate goal isn't efficiency — it's freedom. Freedom from the desk. Freedom from busywork. Freedom to live your life.
We're not building software.
We're building freedom.
Imagine a world where your business runs itself. Where AI handles the tedious, the repetitive, the soul-crushing admin work — leaving you free to do what you actually love.
That's not science fiction. That's Quantra. And it's launching soon.
