1. Your Right to Deletion

At Quantra (operated by LeadTitan LLC), we respect your right to control your personal data. Under applicable privacy laws — including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other global privacy frameworks — you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected and stored.

This page explains the types of data we collect, how to submit a deletion request, what happens after you submit one, and what data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

We are committed to processing all deletion requests promptly, transparently, and in full compliance with applicable law.

2. Data We Store

Quantra is a comprehensive workforce management platform. Depending on how you use the app, we may store the following categories of personal data:

2.1 Account & Identity Data

  • Full name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Profile photo
  • Username and password (hashed/encrypted)
  • Date of birth
  • Employer/organization association

2.2 Employment & HR Data

  • Job title, department, and role
  • Employee ID and hire date
  • Work schedule and shift history
  • Time clock entries (clock-in/clock-out records)
  • Time-off requests and PTO balances
  • Performance reviews and feedback
  • Training completion records
  • Certifications and licenses

2.3 Financial & Payroll Data

  • Pay rate and compensation details
  • Payroll records and pay stub history
  • Direct deposit / bank account information (encrypted)
  • Tax forms (W-4, W-2 related data)
  • Expense reports and reimbursement records

2.4 Location & Device Data

  • GPS location data (when clocking in/out or on job site)
  • Geofence entry/exit logs
  • Device type, operating system, and app version
  • IP address and browser information
  • Push notification tokens

2.5 Communication Data

  • In-app messages and conversations
  • Announcement acknowledgments
  • AI chatbot interaction logs
  • Support tickets and correspondence

2.6 Files & Documents

  • Uploaded documents (IDs, certifications, contracts)
  • Photos (profile, expense receipts, task completion proof)
  • E-signatures

2.7 Usage & Analytics Data

  • App usage patterns and feature interactions
  • Session duration and frequency
  • Error logs and crash reports
  • Cookie and tracking data

3. Facebook & Social Media Data

If you signed up for or logged into Quantra using Facebook Login or any other social media authentication provider, we may have received and stored the following data from your social media account:

3.1 Data Received from Facebook

  • Facebook User ID — Your unique Facebook identifier used to link your Facebook account with Quantra
  • Name — Your public name as displayed on Facebook
  • Email Address — The primary email associated with your Facebook account
  • Profile Picture — Your public Facebook profile photo (URL reference)
  • Access Token — A temporary authentication token (automatically expired/revoked)

3.2 Data We Do NOT Receive from Facebook

We want to be clear about what we do not access or store:

  • Your Facebook friends list
  • Your Facebook posts, photos, or timeline content
  • Your Facebook Messenger conversations
  • Your Facebook likes, groups, or page follows
  • Your Facebook payment or advertising data
  • Any content from your Facebook profile beyond the items listed in Section 3.1

3.3 Deleting Facebook-Linked Data

When you request deletion of your data, we will permanently remove all Facebook-sourced data from our systems, including:

  • Your Facebook User ID and account linkage
  • Any name or email data sourced from Facebook
  • Your profile photo if it was imported from Facebook
  • Any cached authentication tokens

Additionally, we recommend you revoke Quantra's access to your Facebook account directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Navigate to Security and Login → Apps and Websites
  3. Find Quantra in the list of active apps
  4. Click Remove to revoke access

You may also manage your Facebook data directly at: facebook.com/settings — Apps and Websites

3.4 Other Social Login Providers

If you used Google, Apple, or another social login provider, similar data (name, email, profile photo) may have been received. All such data will be included in any deletion request. We recommend revoking Quantra's access from each provider's security settings as well.

4. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

  • In-App: Navigate to Settings → Privacy → Request Data Deletion (when available)
  • Email: Send a detailed request to Support@quantrahq.com
  • Written Mail: Send a signed letter to LeadTitan LLC at the address provided in Section 12

5. What to Include in Your Request

To help us process your request quickly and accurately, please include the following information:

Identity Verification: For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing a deletion request. This may include confirming your email address, answering security questions, or providing government-issued identification in rare cases.

6. Our Deletion Process

Once we receive and verify your deletion request, we follow a structured process:

6.2 What Deletion Covers

When processed, your deletion request will remove data from:

  • Our primary databases and application servers
  • Search indexes and caches
  • Analytics and logging systems (anonymization)
  • Third-party service providers acting on our behalf
  • Encrypted backup systems (on rolling schedule)
  • Any linked social media authentication data (Facebook, Google, Apple)

7. Data We May Retain

In some circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain certain data even after a deletion request. This includes:

7.1 Legal & Regulatory Obligations

  • Tax records — Payroll and tax data may be retained for up to 7 years as required by the IRS and state tax agencies
  • Employment records — Certain records required by federal/state labor laws (FLSA, EEOC)
  • Financial transaction records — Required under accounting regulations and audit requirements
  • Workers' compensation records — Retained as required by applicable insurance and labor laws

7.2 Legitimate Business Interests

  • Fraud prevention data — To protect against fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Dispute resolution — Data necessary for active or reasonably anticipated legal claims
  • Anonymized/aggregated data — Statistical data that can no longer identify you may be retained for analytics

7.3 Employer-Owned Data

If you use Quantra through your employer's business account, your employer may be the data controller for certain employment records. In such cases:

  • Your employer may be required to retain certain records for legal compliance
  • We will notify your employer of your deletion request (unless you direct otherwise)
  • Shared/joint data (e.g., group conversations, team task histories) may be anonymized rather than deleted

8. Third-Party Data Deletion

Quantra integrates with third-party services that may independently store your data. When we process your deletion request, we will:

  • Notify third-party processors — We instruct all data processors acting on our behalf to delete your data
  • Revoke API access — Any active integrations tied to your account are terminated

9. Account Deletion vs. Data Deletion

There is an important distinction between deleting your account and deleting your data:

10. Effects of Data Deletion

Please be aware that deleting your data may have the following consequences:

10.1 Immediate Effects

  • Loss of access to your Quantra account (if full deletion requested)
  • Removal of your profile, settings, and preferences
  • Deletion of all uploaded files and documents
  • Removal of your messages from conversations (messages may appear as "Deleted User" to other participants)
  • Loss of all historical time tracking, payroll, and schedule data

10.2 Impact on Your Employer

  • Your employer may lose access to your employment records within Quantra
  • Team schedules may need to be adjusted
  • Task assignments linked to your account may be unassigned
  • We recommend coordinating with your employer before requesting deletion

10.3 Irreversibility

Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted from our active systems and backup cycles are complete, we cannot recover it. Please download or export any data you wish to keep before submitting your request.

You may request a copy of your data before deletion by emailing Support@quantrahq.com with the subject line "Data Export Request."

11. International Privacy Rights

Your data deletion rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction. Below is a summary of key privacy frameworks:

11.1 European Union — GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EU residents have the Right to Erasure (Article 17). You may request deletion when:

  • The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
  • You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing
  • You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
  • The data was unlawfully processed

11.2 California — CCPA/CPRA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by CPRA), California residents have the right to request deletion of their personal information. We will:

  • Delete your personal information from our records
  • Direct our service providers to delete your information
  • Not discriminate against you for exercising this right

11.3 Other Jurisdictions

We also comply with data deletion requirements under:

  • Canada — Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
  • Brazil — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD)
  • United Kingdom — UK GDPR
  • Australia — Privacy Act 1988
  • Other US States — Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and emerging state privacy laws

Regardless of your location, we will honor all reasonable data deletion requests in good faith.
