At Quantra (operated by LeadTitan LLC), we respect your right to control your personal data. Under applicable privacy laws — including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other global privacy frameworks — you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected and stored.
This page explains the types of data we collect, how to submit a deletion request, what happens after you submit one, and what data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

Quantra is a comprehensive workforce management platform. Depending on how you use the app, we may store the following categories of personal data:

2.2 Employment & HR Data
- Job title, department, and role

To help us process your request quickly and accurately, please include the following information:

7. Data We May Retain
In some circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain certain data even after a deletion request. This includes:

- Tax records — Payroll and tax data may be retained for up to 7 years as required by the IRS and state tax agencies
- Employment records — Certain records required by federal/state labor laws (FLSA, EEOC)
- Financial transaction records — Required under accounting regulations and audit requirements
- Workers' compensation records — Retained as required by applicable insurance and labor laws
7.2 Legitimate Business Interests
- Fraud prevention data — To protect against fraudulent or abusive activity

If you use Quantra through your employer's business account, your employer may be the data controller for certain employment records. In such cases:

- Shared/joint data (e.g., group conversations, team task histories) may be anonymized rather than deleted
8. Third-Party Data Deletion
Quantra integrates with third-party services that may independently store your data. When we process your deletion request, we will:
- Notify third-party processors — We instruct all data processors acting on our behalf to delete your data
- Revoke API access — Any active integrations tied to your account are terminated

There is an important distinction between deleting your account and deleting your data:

10. Effects of Data Deletion
Please be aware that deleting your data may have the following consequences:
10.1 Immediate Effects
- Loss of access to your Quantra account (if full deletion requested)
- Removal of your profile, settings, and preferences
- Deletion of all uploaded files and documents
- Removal of your messages from conversations (messages may appear as "Deleted User" to other participants)
- Loss of all historical time tracking, payroll, and schedule data
10.2 Impact on Your Employer
- Your employer may lose access to your employment records within Quantra
- Team schedules may need to be adjusted
- Task assignments linked to your account may be unassigned
- We recommend coordinating with your employer before requesting deletion
10.3 Irreversibility
Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted from our active systems and backup cycles are complete, we cannot recover it. Please download or export any data you wish to keep before submitting your request.

11. International Privacy Rights
Your data deletion rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction. Below is a summary of key privacy frameworks:
11.1 European Union — GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EU residents have the Right to Erasure (Article 17). You may request deletion when:
- The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
- You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing
- You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
- The data was unlawfully processed
11.2 California — CCPA/CPRA
